Returns
We accept returns on unworn items in original condition. Items must be returned unwashed, unused, and with original packaging intact.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If a return is requested for reasons other than a manufacturing fault, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a verified manufacturing issue, return shipping will be covered by Nile Studio.
Process
Garments are produced in small batches using a made-to-order process.
This approach allows us to minimize excess, reduce waste, and maintain focus on material quality and finish.
Subtle variations in texture or print placement may occur and are considered part of the garment’s character.
